Grenadier Energy Partners, LLC was formed in February 2007 by Patrick J. Noyes as a Texas limited liability company. Grenadier was established as an upstream exploration and production company in the energy sector. The Company's primary business is to acquire, develop, and exploit assets to create a significant enterprise value entity. The Company's objective is to increase returns to its stakeholders.

In order to achieve this, Grenadier's strategy is to profitably develop long-lived natural gas reserves by applying cutting edge technology through the drilling, completion and production phases of its wells. The Company maintains a disciplined, opportunistic approach to acquisitions where we seek to find long-life reserves that can be developed with low risk and moderate capital requirements. Grenadier has a strong bias towards natural gas because of our belief in the favorable long term fundamentals of this commodity.
