The company's initial focus areas are the Barnett Shale of the Fort Worth Basin and the East Texas Basin. Three members of our management team were longtime employees of Mitchell Energy who first identified the potential of the Barnett Shale and over a period of 17 years developed the technology to make the play economic. It is now the largest gas field in Texas, and one of the largest in the nation. We recognize the variability and the unique challenges that must be addressed to operate successfully in the Barnett Shale play.
		Our management team is also experienced in the numerous opportunities offered by the East Texas Basin. The East Texas Basin offers multiple pay zones, for new discoveries, field extensions and down spacing.
		Grenadier will consider unconventional reservoirs including black shales, coal bed methane, and tight sands as part of the asset portfolio. Grenadier's management team has a philosophy of being "opportunity driven" rather than "geographically constrained".
